THE STORY BEHIND YOUR RING

Authentic pieces of The Ralph. Made in the USA. Fine jewelry built to carry Buffalo history.

THE STORY

Why Buffalo?

Because being a Buffalo fan has never just been about football. It’s the stadium your dad took you to, the seats your family sat in year after year, the tailgates that started hours before kickoff, and the freezing Sundays, celebrations, heartbreaks, and stories that still get told decades later. BandzWagon was created to give fans a way to keep a small piece of that history with them.

Why fine jewelry?

Because we believe a piece of history this meaningful deserves to be made into something worthy of wearing for a lifetime. Our owners have spent decades in the fine jewelry industry and operate a brick-and-mortar jewelry store with a history stretching back nearly 50 years. That experience shapes everything we do—from the metals we choose and the way a ring should fit, to the craftsmanship and service we expect from anything we put our name on.

Who is behind BandzWagon?

BandzWagon was founded by people with deep roots in the fine jewelry business and a love for the stories that make objects meaningful. Our owners also operate a longstanding brick-and-mortar fine jewelry store that has served its community for nearly 50 years. Behind the website are real jewelry people who can help with sizing, materials, custom design, ordering, and service after the sale.

Did the material really come from Highmark Stadium?

Yes. The materials used in The Ralph Stadium Collection were recovered from the former Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. The stadium has carried several names over its history, including Rich Stadium, Ralph Wilson Stadium, New Era Field, and Highmark Stadium. For generations of Buffalo fans, though, one name still means something different: The Ralph.

Is the stadium material authentic?

Yes. The material used in The Ralph Stadium Collection is authentic material from the former Highmark Stadium. These are not simply Buffalo-colored rings or printed stadium-inspired patterns. The inlays contain actual pieces of the stadium, and qualifying rings include a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the origin of the material.

Why rings made from stadium material?

Most memorabilia lives on a wall, in a display case, or packed away in a box. We wanted to create something you could actually carry with you. A BandzWagon ring transforms a small piece of a place filled with memories into something personal—a wedding band, anniversary gift, family keepsake, or everyday reminder of the Sundays and people you never want to forget. It’s a piece of the stadium you can wear.

THE MATERIALS

What pieces of the stadium are used in the rings?

Depending on the design you choose, your ring may contain authentic material from the former Highmark Stadium, including blue seat plastic, blue seat metal, red seat plastic, red seat metal, green turf from the playing field, and blue turf from the end zone. Each material creates a different color, texture, and pattern in the finished ring.

Will every ring look exactly the same?

No—and that is part of what makes each one special. Because we use authentic recovered stadium materials, natural differences in color, texture, wear, and pattern are expected. Your ring will follow the design you ordered, but the exact appearance of the inlay will be unique.

Who makes BandzWagon rings?

BandzWagon rings are handcrafted for us by our manufacturing partner, Lashbrook, an American manufacturer known for premium wedding bands, custom materials, and innovative ring construction. Each BandzWagon ring is made in the USA and produced specifically for the person who orders it.

How are the rings made?

Each BandzWagon ring is made to order. Authentic stadium material is carefully prepared and incorporated into the ring as an inlay, then finished as part of the completed design. Because the material came from the actual stadium rather than being manufactured specifically for jewelry, every finished piece has its own character.

What metals are available?

Depending on the design, BandzWagon rings are available in several metals, including titanium, cobalt chrome, zirconium, 10K gold, 14K gold, and platinum. Our collection places particular emphasis on titanium, cobalt chrome, and 14K gold, giving customers options ranging from modern and durable to traditional fine jewelry.

What if I have my own stadium seat or material I want used in my ring?

We love custom projects. If you have your own authentic stadium seat, turf, metal, or another meaningful piece of memorabilia you would like incorporated into a ring, email us at info@BandzWagon.com. Send us a photo and tell us a little about the piece and the story behind it. We can make practically anything happen.

SIZING & ORDERING

Can I pay in installments?

Yes. BandzWagon offers Shop Pay Installments on eligible purchases, giving you the option to split your purchase into payments at checkout.

Available payment plans, eligibility, payment amounts, and any applicable rates or terms are determined by Shop Pay and will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Choosing installments does not change the way your ring is made. Your BandzWagon ring is still made to order in the USA by Lashbrook, and our normal sizing and production process applies.

How do I know my ring size?

Getting the size right is especially important because every BandzWagon ring is made specifically for you. We can help coordinate sizing using Lashbrook’s ring sizing system, which uses actual comfort-fit ring sizers to help confirm your size before your ring is made. If you are in Buffalo or Western New York, we also have people locally who can help with sizing. Email info@BandzWagon.com and we’ll help you find the best option.

How does the Lashbrook sizing process work?

Start with your estimated ring size. Lashbrook’s sizing system provides five actual ring sizers—the estimated size plus nearby sizes—so you can compare the fit. We recommend wearing the sizers during normal daily activities before confirming your final size. Once you confirm the fit, your BandzWagon ring can move into production.

What is comfort fit?

Lashbrook rings use a rounded comfort-fit interior designed to slide more easily over the knuckle and feel comfortable during everyday wear. Because a comfort-fit ring can feel different from other rings you own, we recommend confirming your size with the Lashbrook sizing system whenever possible.

Can my BandzWagon ring be resized?

Many BandzWagon rings cannot simply be cut and resized like a traditional plain band because of their construction and authentic stadium-material inlays. Lashbrook handles eligible sizing changes through a size exchange, where a new ring is produced in the correct size. If your ring does not fit properly, contact info@BandzWagon.com before having another jeweler alter it.

How long does it take to receive my ring?

Every BandzWagon ring is made to order in the USA by Lashbrook. Our standard estimated production and delivery time is approximately 4–6 weeks. Your timeline may depend on the design, materials, sizing confirmation, and current production schedule. If you have a wedding, anniversary, birthday, or other important deadline, contact us before ordering and we’ll see what options are available.

Can I pay with Shop Pay?

Yes. BandzWagon accepts Shop Pay, which offers a fast and secure way to check out using your saved payment and shipping information.

If Shop Pay Installments is available for your purchase, you may also be given the option at checkout to split your purchase into payments. Available payment plans, eligibility, terms, and any applicable rates are determined by Shop Pay and will be shown to you before you complete your purchase.

Choosing Shop Pay or Shop Pay Installments does not change how your BandzWagon ring is made. Your ring is still made to order in the USA by Lashbrook, and our normal sizing and production process applies.

Can you create something that isn't shown on the website?

Absolutely. One of the things we love about BandzWagon is the ability to create something personal. Different metals, widths, stadium-material combinations, and custom materials may be possible. If you have an idea you don’t see online, email info@BandzWagon.com. Chances are, we can figure out a way to make it happen.

CARE & WARRANTY

What if I need help after I receive my ring?

We’re here for you after the sale. BandzWagon is backed by people with decades of experience in the fine jewelry business, so whether you have a question about fit, care, warranty, service, or a future custom project, email info@BandzWagon.com and a real person will help you.

What warranty comes with my BandzWagon ring?

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every BandzWagon ring. Our rings are made for us by Lashbrook, and issues caused by the original manufacturing of the ring are covered for the life of the ring. If you believe there is a manufacturing issue, contact info@BandzWagon.com and we’ll help coordinate the next steps. Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or changes in finger size are not automatically covered.

How should I care for my BandzWagon ring?

Treat your BandzWagon ring as fine jewelry. We recommend removing it during activities that could expose the ring to heavy impact, abrasive surfaces, harsh chemicals, or machinery. For everyday cleaning, use mild soap, warm water, and a soft cloth. If your ring ever needs repair, refinishing, or refurbishment, contact info@BandzWagon.com before having work done elsewhere.

Are BandzWagon rings durable enough for everyday wear?

Yes. These rings are designed to be worn, not simply displayed. The stadium material is incorporated into the finished ring as part of the design. As with any fine jewelry, a little care will help keep it looking its best for years to come.

What should I do if my ring is damaged?

Contact us first at info@BandzWagon.com. Send us a photo and a description of what happened, and we’ll help determine the best next step. Because of the ring construction and authentic stadium-material inlays, we recommend not having another jeweler repair or alter the ring before speaking with us.

Does my ring come with proof of authenticity?

Yes. Each qualifying ring in The Ralph Stadium Collection includes a Certificate of Authenticity documenting the stadium origin of the material used in the collection.
