Returns & Exchanges

Each Bandzwagon ring is individually made to order in the size, design and materials selected at checkout. Because your ring is made specifically for you, we do not carry finished rings in standard inventory that can simply be returned to stock.

For this reason, all Bandzwagon sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or other customer-selected order details.

Please carefully review your ring style, materials and ring size before completing your purchase. Bandzwagon rings cannot be resized after they are made.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Bandzwagon ring.

If your ring arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after receiving it. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Our final-sale policy does not limit our responsibility for a product that arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

Ring Sizing

All Bandzwagon rings feature a comfort-fit interior and are made to the size selected at checkout. We strongly recommend having your finger professionally sized by a trusted jeweler before ordering.

If you are unable to visit a jeweler, contact us before ordering and we can provide a complimentary ring sizer. Customers in the Buffalo area may also contact us to arrange assistance with determining their ring size.
